Last used yesterday (20/07/24), phoned at 10am to rent a van for half day, and they managed to fit me in! Always find them way better than the big name companies and better prices! Just like it says on the tin.Quality vehicle hire were great to work with, hassel free and we had exactly what we... needed for our road trip.We handed the van back with a few extra miles, which they wrote off because I filled the tank up more than when it was handed to us.They handed back our deposit on the day, and payment went through speedly within two days.Cant rate highly enough, we will definitely be using this company again for any vehicle hiring.read more

They didn't open until 10am but the Rep expedited things very quickly and he opened up as soon as he arrived (which was 9:45am). He was extremely pleasant and we were on our way AND made our train! Can’t recommend this firm enough. Wanted a van on a Saturday - couldn’t find any rental firms open after 12noon.... QVH not only work 9am - 5pm but also have the lowest deposit and fees out of several companies I looked at. The two gents were really lovely and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and when the van was returned, the deposit was refunded and was back in my account within 24hours! Other companies hold onto the deposit for up to a week! You can’t go wrong with this firm. Excellent service - I’d give 10 stars if I could!read more

Recently needed a car as I was waiting for my new car to be ready. Looked round as I needed one for a week. Prices were... high, then I found Quality Vehicle Hire. Phoned and spoke with Steve, really friendly and gave me a excellent price unmatched by any other local company. Turned up and Lee showed me round the car, again great customer service. Really nice guys. Took the car back and They checked it and gave my deposit back. Outstanding experience unlike ones I have had with other local bigger companies. Hired a long wheel base high top on 11th Nov to move some household furniture. The whole experience of hiring the van... was faultless, from my initial price enquiry to dropping it back to the yard! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean office with all necessary hand sanitiser and information notices etc. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for hiring a van due to great service and superb value for money.
